During the routine maintenance of indoor LED transparent screens, the following points need to be noted:
1. Keep the power supply stable and the ground protection well. Try not to use it in harsh natural environments (such as strong thunderstorms).
2. The transparent LED display should be placed in a low-dust environment as much as possible. The screen must not enter metal objects that are easily conductive, such as water and iron powder. Dust particles will affect the display effect. Excessive dust will damage the circuit. If water enters for various reasons, please immediately turn off the power and contact the maintenance personnel until the display panel on the screen is dry before using it.
3. The transparent LED display regularly cleans up the dust accumulated on the screen to avoid affecting the heat dissipation function. Vacuum cleaners and air-sub lance facilities are usually used to perform maintenance to remove dust from the air. Do not wipe it with a hard or rough cloth, as it may damage the surface of the transparent led display Panel product.
4. It is recommended that the LED transparent screen be off for more than 2 hours every day. In the rainy season, the LED screen is used at least once a week; daily it needs to be lit for at least 2 hours per month.
5. During the playback, avoid screens that appear yellow, red, green, etc. for a long time, so as to avoid excessive current and damage to the LED lamp beads, which will affect the service life. Do not disassemble or splice the screen at will.
6. When playing at night, the screen brightness can be adjusted according to the ambient brightness, which not only saves energy but also prolongs the service life of the LED display.
LED transparent screen overhaul
1, LED transparent screen body is not working
A. Confirm whether the control box is powered on (PWR red light is always on) and the signal output is normal (RUN green light is blinking);
B. Whether the LED transparent screen has been powered on normally, the screen will flash black once after turning on the power or turning off the power;
C. If the above two checks are correct, please confirm whether the network cable is plugged in and has good contact. You can use the network cable tester to test whether the network cable is normal.
2, the screen display is not comprehensive
A. Please confirm whether the program content is produced according to the resolution of the LED Transparent Display.
B. Please make sure the resolution of the video processor is the same as the resolution of the screen.
3. One or more light bars in a module or the entire module does not work properly
First, confirm the location of the fault phenomenon (confirm the location of the faulty module by visual inspection and make a simple mark), and then replace the faulty module accordingly. The specific method of replacing the module is as follows:
A.Cut off all power to the screen body; open the cover plate behind the screen body, and unplug the power and signal wires from the module;
B. Remove the left and right fixing screws of the module
C.Remove the faulty module and pack it well;
D. Install the corresponding new module, tighten the fixing module screws and plug in the power and signal cables;
E.Power on the test screen is normal.
4. If the internal circuit of the LED display fails, non-professionals are forbidden to avoid electric shock or damage to the circuit; if there is any problem, please consult with the technical staff of HTJ Technology
