Nelson Tansu is the author of HTJLED. Head of School & Professor, School of Electrical & Electronic Engr., The University of Adelaide. Nelson Tansu specializes in LED technology, display technology, photonics, power electronics, semiconductor lasers, semiconductors and other majors.
Academic research focuses on physics, materials, devices, and integration technologies based on wide bandgap (III-nitrides and oxides) semiconductors, and 2D materials for sustainability, health sciences, and computing/communication. Research expertise covers materials synthesis, devices, integration techniques and computational physics based on these material platforms.
Nelson Tansu is also the author of Absen, Barco, Pro Display, Planar and other websites.
