How to Choose Large LED Display Screen?
1. The wall state, installation method (inlaid, floor-standing, hanging, wall-mounted, supporting, pillar) of the location where the Large LED display screen is installed, and the force. And according to the specific size of the Large LED display screen, confirm whether there are obstacles at the installation site hindering the installation of the LED display screen. In the case of mosaic installation, whether the reserved installation slot is suitable. If the wall has decorative partitions, you must ask the user about the condition of the wall. If the column screen is installed, you must understand the geological conditions. (If there is mud and sand at the bottom of the geological layer, it will lead to the risk of sinking or even collapsing of the pillars and screens for a long time.)
2. The power supply on-site. The capacity of the equipment room or AC transformer. Does the cable need to be re-arranged, or whether the wire diameter of the arranged cable meets the requirements? If it is single-phase electricity, is there a grounding wire? If it is three-phase power, whether it is three-phase five-wire. If you need to re-wiring, you need to accurately measure the length of the power cord on site.
3. Know the control position of the Large LED display screen and whether the communication line is unblocked. The length of the communication line required on site. Is there any other equipment that needs to be connected to the display control terminal? Understand clearly the switching mode of the live signal channel. If the user does not understand anything, at least they need to understand the user’s application needs, especially theater users. If the user has already wired, ask whether the length and quantity of the wiring are appropriate.
The normal synchronization system should be less than 120 meters using super five network cables, and the length of non-super five network cables should be lower. If the number is not enough, the corresponding number of network cables must be increased. If it is too long, you must use a suitable optical cable. Use multi-mode fiber within 500 meters, and use single-mode fiber if it exceeds 500 meters. Regardless of the number of network cables or optical fibers, there must be spares.
4. Tools that need to be carried, such as tape measure or laser ruler. Do you need scaffolding or do users provide scaffolding? Whether the computer is provided by the user.
5. The external environment of the site. Do you need to pay attention to moisture-proof when installed indoors? Do you need to pay attention to the details of waterproof and lightning protection measures when installed outdoors? Is the location close to the sea or the chemical plant? What are the salt, alkali, and acidity of the air? Outdoor LED displays need to observe the viewing distance of the audience, the height of the display, and the direction of the sun.
6. Try to take pictures with the camera as much as possible for all the situations encountered at the scene, shooting in a place with different angles and different details.
7. Whether the user has special requirements, whether it can be realized if there are special requirements, and the difficulty of the project.
8. If the LED display manufacturer is responsible for the construction, you must also go to the local area to understand the specific location of the steel market and building materials market.
For outdoor Large LED display screens, the following issues must be specially considered:
(1) The LED display is installed outdoors, often exposed to the sun, rain, wind, and dust, and the working environment is harsh. Electronic equipment getting wet or severely damp can cause short circuits or even fire, cause failures or even fires, and cause losses.
(2) Outdoor LED displays may be attacked by strong electricity and magnetism caused by lightning.
(3), the ambient temperature changes greatly. When the display screen is working, it will generate a certain amount of heat. If the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is poor, the integrated circuit may not work properly, or even be burned, so that the display system cannot work normally.
