Brightness comparison
Place the acrylic board close to the same number of modules and then slowly raise a small distance to see if the brightness of the lamp beads can meet your requirements. Of course, it is more direct to put the module directly in word. The higher the brightness, the higher the requirements for the lamp beads, and the higher the cost. Pure indoor environments can use low brightness. If it is a window LED transparent screen or LED glass curtain wall screen, then the requirement is high brightness.
Is the lamp light uniform
While viewing the brightness, pay attention to whether the light of the lamp beads is uniform. When observing the white light, be sure to pay attention to whether there is any color difference. If you cover it with a thin white paper, it may not be observed, so use a certain thickness of Acrylic. The presence or absence of color difference is the most important part of distinguishing quality. It is also one of the main reasons for the price difference between LED transparent screens.
Wire identification
High-quality wire, UL certification. The transparent LED screen manufacturer explained that it is not reliable, and the most direct way is to remove the outer skin and count the number of cores inside. Modules with 15, 17, 19 cores or even 20, 30 multi-core wires should not be inferior to modules with 14, 11 cores, and vice versa.
Lamp bead temperature
After lighting for a period of time, touch the LED lamp beads with your hand, the temperature is very high or even hot, and it is certainly not as stable as the low temperature.
Solder joint quality
Full solder joints prove that the soldering process is good. The high brightness proves that the solder is used well. Welding is prone to poor contact and troublesome follow-up maintenance.
LED transparent screen sticking method
At present, there are two manufacturing methods for LED transparent screens, one is positive light emission and the other is side light emission. The side light transmittance is relatively high. The luminous lamp beads are the lamp beads of the traditional led display, and the quality is more stable.
