Rental LED screen is mainly used for auto shows, press conferences, TV live broadcast scenes, stage backgrounds, ceremony weddings, conferences, exhibition halls, and other occasions. It often participates in various indoor and outdoor activities. It is commonplace for the screen to be transported around. It seems that getting damp is a topic of monthly change. So how to properly keep the rental LED screen? The after-sales technicians of HTJ gave suggestions from the following three aspects. Hoping to help customers:
During storage
In the storage process, first of all, we should pay attention to indoor and outdoor storage standards. Customers who have just purchased the screen can communicate with the technical support department of HTJ on how to better store it.
The following situations are to be avoided:
1. The screen cannot be left under the eaves where rain will get wet.
2. The screen is placed in the flight case. The bottom of the flight case should not be directly exposed to water.
3. The inside of the air box must be kept dry. There must be no water at the bottom of the air box. If it is already wet, it must be dried in the sun or blown dry.
4. When it hits a southerly windy day, when it is humid and rainy, the wall is easy to condense. Do not place the box taken out against the wall to avoid water drops on the wall.
5. The warehouse must be ventilated and dry. Moist air cannot be gathered in the warehouse. The site should be located on higher terrain.
During use
If it is an indoor product for outdoor use, in case of severe storms, you must turn off the power immediately. If you have no time to remove the screen, quickly cover the screen with a rain cloth prepared in advance.Taking out the box to dry on a sunny day after the rain. If it continues to rain, open the back cover of the box and use a fan to blow it dry. Then leave it in a ventilated and dry room for more than 8 hours. Divide the brightness from low to high into 5 levels to light up step by step. Each brightness level must be lit for more than 4 hours to fully dissipate the moisture in the electronic components. After loading into the flight case, place activated carbon or desiccant to absorb the moisture in the flight case.
Even for outdoor rental LED screens, due to the complex and changeable use environment. It is inevitable that water will enter the cabinet. In addition to the above measures for water ingress in the indoor screen. It is usually necessary to regularly check whether the waterproof ring of the box body is aging, deformed, or missing. Whether the screws or locks of the sealed box body are easy to loosen and the pressure is not enough.
After use
The normal rental LED screen body should be quickly put into the flight case and stored after use. In the wet season, after the air box is put into storage, the gap of the air box should be wrapped with film to prevent moisture from entering the packaging.
For screens that have been left for a long time, we should always power them on for maintenance and debugging. Once a customer kept the screens in the warehouse for half a year without lighting up. As a result, there were many bad points during the startup. If you master the correct maintenance knowledge, you can completely avoid this. Class problem.
After all, a rental LED screen is precision electronic equipment. Regular energization and moisture-proofing should be routine habits. If a large area of dead lights is caused by the ingress of water not being treated in time, there is basically no value in repairing the lights, and you need to contact the manufacturer to buy a new batch of modules.
In general, just as HTJ advocates the use of pre-management for quality control. Good prevention habits can save a lot of unnecessary time and economic costs. The moisture-proof of the rental display also needs to be precautionary. The equipment rental company strengthens the training of moisture-proof knowledge for the use and storage of the screen. It can keep the display in good operating condition for a long time.
